The Maritime Area Regulatory Authority (“MARA”) wishes to highlight transitional provisions, contained within the Maritime Area Planning Act 2021(“the MAP Act”), as amended, relating to potential unauthorised usages and applications for Maritime Area Consents (“MAC”).
