Important Mapping Update
The Maritime Area Regulatory Authority wishes to advise all applicants for Maritime Area Consents and Maritime Usage Licences that Tailte Eireann’s Ungeneralised 2026 High Water Mark (HWM) dataset has been released.
A digitised representation of the HWM as defined by the Chief Boundary Surveyor (CBS) is available at https://arcg.is/1zSran1.
With immediate effect, this dataset is to be used for all Maritime Area Consent and Maritime Usage Licence applications submitted to MAR
