Leagann Alt 117 (6)(b) den Acht um Pleanáil Limistéar Mhuirí 2021 na forálacha reachtúla amach a ba chóir don tÚdarás Rialála Limistéir Mhuirí comhairliúchán poiblí a dhéanamh nuair a dhéanann an tÚdarás Rialála Limistéir Mhuirí cinneadh go bhfuil gá le measúnú ábhartha.

  • Comhairliúchán Poiblí ar feadh íosta 30 lá chun deis a thabhairt don phobal tuairimí a dhéanamh ar an iarratas ceadúnais
  • Foilseofar Fógra faoin Chomhairliúchán Poiblí i nuachtáin áitiúla/náisiúnta agus ar shuíomh an Údaráis Rialála Limistéir Mhuirí
  • D’fhéadfadh an tÚdarás Rialála Limistéir Mhuirí, le linn an tréimhse seo freisin, dul i gcomhairle leis na húdaráis phoiblí ábhartha a chreideann an tÚdarás Rialála Limistéir Mhuirí go bhféadfadh siad tuairimí ábhartha a thabhairt faoin iarratas
  • Foilseoidh an tÚdarás Rialála Limistéir Mhuirí doiciméid ceadúnais a bhaineann leis ar a shuíomh
  • Ní mór don tÚdarás Rialála Limistéir Mhuirí aighneachtaí a mheas sa mheasúnú ábhartha

Beartas Príobháideachais maidir le hAighneachtaí faoi Chomhairliúchán Poiblí

Déileálfaidh MARA leis na sonraí pearsanta uile a sholáthraíonn aighneoir de réir oibleagáidí MARA faoin reachtaíocht um chosaint sonraí, lena n-áirítear an tAcht um Chosaint Sonraí 2018 agus an Rialachán Ginearálta maidir le Cosaint Sonraí (RGCS) an Aontais Eorpaigh. Tá Ráiteas Príobháideachais, ina mínítear conas a phróiseálfaidh MARA, mar an Rialaitheoir Sonraí, na sonraí pearsanta, conas a úsáidfear an fhaisnéis sin agus cad iad na cearta is féidir leis an aighneoir a fheidhmiú i ndáil lena shonraí pearsanta, ar fáil ar ár leathanach um Bheartas Príobháideachais.
