Policy

The Protected Disclosure Act 2014 protects workers if they speak up about wrongdoing in the workplace. MARA is committed to maintaining a culture of transparency, accountability, and ethical behaviour. The mechanisms whereby MARA employees may make disclosures in the public interest, in accordance with the Protected Disclosures Act 2014, is outlined in MARA Protected Disclosures Policy.

Annual Reports

MARA is required under Section 22 of the Protected Disclosure Act 2014 to publish a report each year relating to the number of protected disclosures made in the preceding year, and to publish information about any actions taken in response to protected disclosures made (if any).
