The Maritime Area Regulatory Authority has on the 18th August 2025, on the eTenders platform, published a Request for Tender for services relating to a review of the\u00a0Levy Framework<\/a>\u00a0used by MARA when calculating the levies to be paid by the holder of a\u00a0Marine Area Consent (MAC)<\/a>\u00a0for the occupation of the part of the maritime area.<\/p>\n

The framework will be in line with the provisions of the\u00a0Maritime Area Planning Act 2021<\/a>\u00a0(MAPA 2021).<\/p>\n

The deadline for submissions is 12pm on Monday 15th September 2025. Full details on eTenders<\/p>\n
